Larkhill Tipis and Yurts

We had an incredible stay here in the Mongolian ger. The entire area is awe-inspiring and very kid-friendly, with lots of things to explore and discover. Plenty of really thoughtful touches and amazing attention to detail that's accumulated over the years. The host Catherine was extremely friendly and accommodating, and even introduced us to the baby goats despite a busy day on the farm. It's a truly magical place and highly recommended for a unique holiday.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful Tipi tent! It was incredibly cozy and unique, offering the perfect blend of comfort and nature. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was so peaceful, and being surrounded by nature made the experience truly special. It’s the perfect escape for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with the outdoors. We stayed here for 3 days and had an amazing time. My kids didn’t want to leave and have told me I must book this again next year! Fran who owns the property was very welcoming and lovely. It’s so nice to be off grid for a while. It’s such a safe place for the kids. I can’t speak highly enough about this place. Thank you again and we will be back soon!

Had a wonderful time with my friend for two nights. We both had a stressful week and needed to get away from it all in nature. The tranquility of Larkhill was exactly what we needed. We stayed in a yurt and had enough space to do some night time yoga! Also really enjoyed the cooking facilities in our yurt for breakfast and outside space for a little campfire. We went to the main kitchen to cook dinner and ended up chatting to a family. We got on so well that we all ended up spending the next day together! What an unexpected suprise. The thing about glamping is that it is whatever you need it to be at that time- you can completely close yourself off or reconnect with others and nature. The facilities are perfect- I enjoyed an outdoor shower and walking around hidden would carvings. It is reasonably priced and they have an honesty shop for wood. The owners are lovely.
