I have just stayed here to see in the new year in Dartmouth. The pictures of the view sold me and in person, they did not disappoint! Stunning views of the town, river and castle out to sea - incredible! As mentioned in most of the reviews, the hosting is impeccable and Shaun is extremely knowledgable. Nothing is too small a request. The breakfast was amazing and very reasonable. I would highly recconend this guest house and we will definitely be back!

A superb bed and breakfast with excellent hosts. We were in the smallest of the three rooms (college view) which was lovely, but we saw into one of the two rooms that overlooks Dartmouth and that was definitely in a different league! Delicious breakfast, parking available, a scenic walk into the town.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were welcomed with cake and tea which we ate sitting on the terrace with a breathtaking view over Dartmouth. The same view we had for every breakfast, which offered a delicious selection of English Breakfast options, with even some mouthwatering specials, like smoked kippers and local smoke salmon with avocado. Our small room had view of the marine college, was well equipped and very clean. The bed mattress was too wobbly for us. The bathroom was spacious and also very clean, but we found the very hot shower difficult to adjust. The hosts are very friendly and have excellent recommendations for things to do, e.g. the Round Robin tour with boat, coach and steam train was a highlight of our vacation.
