Crogen Coach House is fully equipped for large groups. The kitchen has an Aga, electric cooker, dishwasher and breakfast area; a second kitchen houses a woodburner. Two living rooms offer space to spread out, with open fires in both plus the dining room. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and heating are included, along with fuel for the fires and woodburner. An enclosed garden provides outdoor space.
Nine bedrooms accommodate 17 people across a mix of bed sizes. Five bathrooms serve the property—three with ensuite showers or baths, two shared. Parking is available on site. Dogs are welcome; kennels are on the grounds. No smoking inside.
The property sits on a 2500-acre estate near Corwen in Denbighshire. An all-weather tennis court lies 50 yards away (use by arrangement). Fishing is possible in the river 300 yards from the house; ponies can be stabled on the grounds with trekking available through surrounding countryside. A high ropes course and paintball site are within half a mile.
