Llangollen's riverside walks, independent shops and the historic railway line through the Dee Valley are all within reach of Panorama Cottage Lodge, a single-level retreat for four on the hillside above the town. The Horseshoe Pass is nearby for walkers and drivers seeking higher ground. One pet stays free, so there's no reason to leave your dog behind.

Both bedrooms are doubles set on the ground floor, one with an en-suite shower room. The second bathroom has a bath with shower over it. The open-plan living area has a smart TV and large windows framing the valley; a private balcony extends this space outdoors. The kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering, with electric cooking, a dishwasher, and everything needed for a week's worth of meals. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. There's private parking for two cars and a six-person hot tub (shared with other properties on the site).

The lodge suits couples, friends or small families after a base with genuine comfort rather than fuss, and rooms enough that people don't trip over each other. The water supply here comes via borehole rather than mains. No smoking throughout.
