Cokaynes

Cokaynes is a four-bedroom cottage on the ground floor, part of a converted historic hall in the Derbyshire Dales near Bakewell. You walk straight into a living room with a dining area, then through to a kitchen fitted with an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The four bedrooms include a double, a zip-and-link double (which splits into two singles), a pair of single beds and a bunk bed, sleeping ten in total. Two shower rooms serve the property. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered.

What sets this apart is access to the wider estate: a private hot tub on your terrace (available 8am to 10pm), an indoor heated swimming pool with hour-long booking slots, and 14 acres of grounds to walk around. There is a games room, children's play area, sauna and solarium. The grounds include ponds and garden furniture. An EV charging point is available. The cottage is non-smoking, and one pet is welcome. Note that there are steps down from the rear to the terrace, and the grounds contain large and small ponds.
