Beyond that, the wider estate opens up: there's a heated indoor swimming pool (bookable in hourly slots), a games room, and 14 acres to explore with children's play facilities dotted about. The setting is countryside without isolation—Burton-on-Trent is nearby for shops and facilities. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
