Heron House
Derbyshire Dales

Heron House is a six-bedroom farmhouse in the Derbyshire Dales, sleeping up to 16 guests across the entire property. It suits larger groups, extended families or friends gathering for a long weekend—the scale makes it work equally well for multi-generational stays or celebrations. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom; the layout spreads across three floors, with five kingsize or double beds and four single beds among the mix.
The main living spaces cluster on the ground floor. A sitting room with a woodburning stove opens to a patio through French doors; beyond that sits a dining room with seating for 16. The games room—equipped with a snooker table, dartboard and board games—provides a natural social hub. The kitchen has two ovens, induction hobs, a dishwasher, microwave and American fridge-freezer; it's geared up for cooking at scale rather than casual self-catering. Two patios with garden furniture and barbecues give outdoor space; a pond sits further out in the grounds. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with logs for the stove. There is parking for six cars on site. No smoking in the house.
