The lower ground floor holds two single bedrooms, a shower room and a snug with a TV and PlayStation. Ground level has a games room (pool table, air hockey), utility space and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the main living and dining room sits alongside a well-fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Three more bedrooms are on the first and second floors: one double, two singles, plus a second shower room with a double shower. One dog travels free, and there's secure parking for a car on site.
