Rutland House

Rutland House works well for large groups and multi-family gatherings. The property holds 12 people across six bedrooms spread over three floors—one en-suite double on the first floor, a kingsize and four further doubles elsewhere, plus three bathrooms between them. Downstairs you get a kitchen fitted for actual cooking, a separate dining room, a study, a sitting room with an open fire, and a utility room with washing machine and freezer. Parking for five cars sits on the private drive; there's a bike store and an enclosed garden with seating area.

Bakewell town centre is on your doorstep, with bakeries, shops and riverside walks within minutes. Chatsworth House lies a short drive away. The Peak District opens up for hiking and exploration in every direction. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen, towels and logs for the fire come as standard. Two travel cots and a highchair are available if needed. The property does not allow smoking. Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00; one pet is welcome.
