Woodpecker Loft is a stone barn conversion sleeping ten across five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The open-plan ground floor has a living area with woodburner and access to a balcony, plus a kitchen equipped for cooking rather than takeaways, with a breakfast bar, dishwasher and a range of appliances. Five double or twin beds are spread across the property; the first-floor master is a kingsize. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The courtyard has garden furniture and a barbecue, with parking for six cars on site. The approach involves 12 uneven stone steps, and the garden gives direct access to unfenced water about 500 yards away. No smoking.
