such a great campsite - allowed us to come as a group of 16 year olds after Gsces and didn’t question what we were doing or get angry at us at any point , such nice owners who also let us charge our mobile phones in the office. The view of mam tor from the site is incredible and when the trains come past it feels like a movie set. The dog on site is super friendly and never bothered us and was very fun to play with. It was so quiet at night and everyone on the site kept to their own buisness. Additionally the shower facilities were incredible including the washing up and sinks and toilets. Thankyou so much to Sarah and the male owner who’s name I unfortunately didn’t manage to get but the stay was so so good and we would defiantly recommend it to everyone wanting to visit Edale and the surrounding area ( castleton is a short hour from the site)

Greenacres Campsite, set just outside the village of Nether Booth in the Hope Valley, sits in the heart of the Peak District with hills and walking trails all around. The area has a long history of farming and quarrying, and today it serves as a gateway to some of the most beautiful countryside in the region. It was an amazing place and I was happy there. Sarah is an amazing host, and the venue is clean and tidy, filled with fresh air and wonderful views. No bugs to make life miserable, just three days of full sun and endless walks close by. The only downside—you’ll want to bring foam earplugs, as the site lies between a busy road with roaring tractors and the railway where stone trains thunder past. No regrets though, I will come back for sure!

What a lovely peaceful campsite, with amazing view, a great place to relax with family and friends. Campsite is spotlessly clean, clean toilets and lovely hot showers. Sarah is an amazing host, very friendly and always has a smile on her face. Being ear plugs for the nighttime as the the freight trains pass by. We will definitely be back. Thankyou Sarah.
