The Pink House

Branscombe sits in a wooded valley on the East Devon coast, where thatched cottages line a narrow lane and the beach is less than ten minutes' walk away. The Pink House is a substantial family home here, sleeping eight across four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The whole place is yours alone, and there's space to park three cars.

Ground floor holds the main living areas: an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with a woodburner, and doors onto the garden. Upstairs are three further bedrooms. Every room has a shower or bath and heated towel rail. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking—induction hob, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge freezer and coffee machine all included. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard. If you're bringing small children, a travel cot and highchair are available.

The lawned garden has a hot tub for five and sitting-out furniture. There's a bike store if you want to explore further along the coast, and an external utility room with washing machine. One dog is welcome. The house does not allow smoking. Note that the garden has steps and slopes.
