Dene Corner

Dene Corner is a semi-detached cottage in Chillington, a South Hams village within walking distance of a pub and shop. It sleeps six across three bedrooms: a double, two singles, and a bunk room. There is one bathroom with a bath. The whole property is yours alone, with private parking for two cars and a sunny garden overlooking open countryside—a proper spot for families to settle in while the children have space to play outdoors.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Downstairs there is also a living room with Freeview TV. Bed linen is provided; heating comes from electric storage heaters and convector heaters. A cot is available on request. The cottage is just 1.5 miles from the coast, making Slapton Sands accessible for swimming and Slapton Ley for birdwatching. The South Devon Coastal Path passes nearby for walks, and slightly further afield are Salcombe (8 miles), Dartmouth (10 miles), Kingsbridge with its leisure centre (4 miles), and Thurlestone golf course (9 miles). Smoking is not permitted.
