Tucked into 20 peaceful acres of the Dorset National Landscape near Wareham, West Holme Glamping is a tiny, six-tent hideaway that hits the sweet spot between privacy and proper facilities. Each pre-erected bell tent comes kitted out with double bed, rugs, lanterns, gazebo and gas barbecue, plus all the cooking gear you'll need – just bring bedding (or add it to your booking). Three showers and three loos shared between six tents means no queuing, and the on-site washing-up area and ice-pack freezing are handy touches.
The real draw is the location. Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove are 20 minutes by car, Studland's sandy beaches half an hour, and the South West Coast Path beckons walkers with dramatic clifftop stretches. A farm shop selling excellent Dorset produce is two minutes on foot, with a tearoom attached if you'd rather not fire up the barbecue.
It's a simple, well-thought-out setup that punches above its weight for a micro-site – though purists might miss a few creature comforts. Perfect for romantic weekends or small families after space and scenery without the fuss.

Just returned from a 3 night break and we had the best time ever, the bell tent was a winner with myself and the kids and we were very well looked after Nothing seemed too much trouble Would highly recommend and we for sure will return!
