Lovely quiet site and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were really good and kept very clean. If you dont want to cook there's a really nice pub less than 5 minutes walk away and if you're interested in the Tank Museum it's easily walkable along the road or across the fields. Definitely a site we hope to revisit.

I stayed here with my daughter for a long weekend in our camper van and Sue and Mark were outstanding. They were so friendly & couldn’t do any more enough to help us out. The campsite was perfect for us and showers and toilets were very clean, drinking water taps everywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning!

Great price lovely clean site. Toilet / shower blogs were immaculate, bins freshly emptied. Staff helpful. Bonus tank museum just down the road. Will see you again.

We feel bad for leaving a negative review as the site is lovely and so are the wardens and the owner. The showers and toilets are spotless and the grounds are very well kept. This was our second visit to Whitemeads, this time however was ruined by an incredibly noisy family with kids pitched next to the play area. We were kept awake by their screaming, shouting,music and playing football to midnight. The warden did tell them the following morning but they did the same for the next 2 nights which ruined our stay.
