5 Pine Rise

Parkdean Resorts Sandford Holiday Park sits between Poole's attractions and the Dorset coast, with this independent caravan offering a straightforward base for families. The layout spreads across a single floor: two bedrooms (one double with ensuite, one with single beds), a shower room, and a living space combining kitchen, dining and lounge areas with a wood-burning stove and Smart TV. A sofa bed in the lounge provides additional sleeping space. Essentials such as bed linen, towels, electricity and Wi-Fi are included in your stay.

Outside, decking and lawn give you space to sit out, with a barbecue for cooking and parking for two cars. One dog or cat stays free of charge. The caravan sits on the wider resort, which has an indoor heated swimming pool, children's play areas, and various activities available by day pass. The setting suits families wanting seaside access without leaving the holiday park infrastructure, or those who prefer a quieter village base to day trips along the Dorset coast. Ground-floor access, with two steps to the entrance.
