The flat occupies the upper storey of a period house in Bothenhampton, offering a sitting room with picture windows overlooking fields and downs, plus two bedrooms—one with a substantial four-poster bed, the other a single—and a bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering, with an electric cooker, dishwasher, washer-dryer and all the usual appliances. Heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included, and there is parking for one car on site.

The village location means quiet surroundings but not isolation; the Jurassic Coast is accessible for walks, and the market town of Bridport lies within reach.
