Sweet Briar

Sweet Briar is a ground-floor cottage in Bridport's quieter neighbour, Bothenhampton, sleeping three across two bedrooms—a double and a single—with one bathroom. The property comes as a whole to yourself, with a private garden enclosed by borders where you can sit outside, and parking for one car on site. One dog stays free. The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can cook proper meals or do a load of laundry mid-week. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included.

Inside, a living room with Freeview TV and DVD player opens onto the garden through French doors. The shower room has a walk-in shower. Bridport itself is moments away—its Electric Palace cinema, markets and vintage shops are within easy reach—and the Jurassic Coast is close enough for a morning walk or an afternoon out. The Southwest Coast Path runs through the area for longer hikes. No smoking in the property, please. Children under five are not suitable for this cottage.
