Golden Acre - Ammonite 9 is a ground-floor bungalow sleeping two, near Bridport on Dorset's Jurassic Coast. Everything you need is built in: the fitted kitchen has an electric hob and oven, the bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and central heating plus wi-fi mean you're comfortable whatever the weather. Bed linen and towels come as standard, and one car can park on site.
The layout keeps things simple. An open-plan living and dining area with a window seat looks onto the front, the bedroom holds a double bed, and you have a shower room to yourself. Out back, an enclosed garden gives your dog space to roam while you sit with morning coffee, and the patio works for an evening drink when the light's going. You're a short walk from the pebble beach and close to the South West Coast Path, so fossil hunting, coastal walks and trips to West Bay's harbour are all easily reached. Bridport itself has pubs, restaurants and a supermarket nearby. No smoking indoors.

Eype is one of the quieter kittle coves on the coast. Golden Acre is very laid back and relaxing. I really liked it

We had the best stay at GA! The lodge was perfect - clean, quiet, walkable to the beach. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks all. ❤️

Booked this last minute getaway so we only stayed here for 2 nights and wish we could've stayed for longer. Lovely cosy chalet style accommodation. We stayed in a one bedroom and requested a zed bed for our toddler which was perfect. The beds were comfy. Very well equipped and a nice complimentary of tea, coffee and biscuits which was a lovely touch and they even had treats for the dog. The little garden was ideal for the dog and I'm sure would be a nice place to relax in the warmer months. Location beautiful and just a short walk down to Eype beach. Great communication thoughtout with Tom. My partner also left his headphones in the room and didn't realise until we were back home. Tom thankfully found them and sent them back to us. So very honest and genuine, very grateful for that thankyou! Would definitely stay again and hopefully for longer next time 😃
