Kastania

Kastania is a detached house in the village of Bere Regis, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodating up to seven people. One pet can stay at no extra cost. The ground floor contains a living and dining room with a 50-inch TV, a conservatory kitchen equipped for proper cooking (electric ovens, gas hob, dishwasher), and a study with a sofa bed. Upstairs are four bedrooms: a kingsize with its own shower room, another kingsize, a twin, and a single with a pull-out bed. The family bathroom has a bath and shower. Essentials like electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside, a private back garden has seating areas and a barbecue, with space to store bikes, surfboards or canoes. There's parking for four cars on site, plus an electric vehicle charging point. The village has shops and pubs nearby, including the Royal Oak. Bere Regis sits between Dorset's coast and countryside, making it practical for either kind of day out. No smoking indoors. Children under five can use a travel cot, highchair and stairgate.
