North Barn

From here, the Jurassic Coast is within driving distance—Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove are popular for walks—as are Monkey World, the Tank Museum, Langham Wine Estate, Thomas Hardy's Cottage (a National Trust site), and Brownsea Island, reached by boat from Poole. A car makes exploring these worth doing.
