Little Oaks

Little Oaks suits couples and small families wanting a self-contained retreat in the Dorset countryside. This converted barn sits on a working farm near Marshwood, within reach of both Lyme Regis and Bridport, and close enough to the Jurassic Coast for a day trip. The whole property is yours alone, with one bedroom, one bathroom, and space for two guests (a cot and highchair are available if needed). One well-behaved dog stays free.

Everything is on the ground floor. The open-plan living area combines kitchen, dining and sitting space, with a wood burner for cooler evenings and a smart TV for Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, from oven and hob to dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom has a super king bed. A walk-in shower and heated towel rail are in the bathroom. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

Doors from the living area open onto an enclosed back garden with seating, garden furniture, a barbecue and firepit. A public footpath starts at the edge of the property, leading straight out into the fields. The nearest village amenities are at Marshwood itself, a short walk away. There is private parking for two cars on site. No smoking inside the property.
