Newton Manor House comes fully equipped for a large group or family gathering. Eight bedrooms spread across four floors offer a mix of king doubles, singles and one four-poster, each with its own en-suite or access to a shower room. The ground floor holds two living areas with TV and entertainment, a well-stocked kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and microwave, and a utility room with washer-dryer. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered, along with fuel for the open fire. Two travel cots and highchairs come as standard, and the garden has furniture and a BBQ for outdoor meals.

This early 17th-century property, built from local Purbeck stone, retains original period features including oak panelling and wood carvings. The principal rooms overlook landscaped gardens; upper floors look out across Swanage towards the sea. A mile down the hill lies the beach and town centre with restaurants and shops. The location suits those wanting to base themselves near the Dorset coast while exploring the Isle of Purbeck countryside. One unfenced pond sits in the adjacent parking area. The property is non-smoking, and one pet stays free.

We had a small wedding at Swanage Town Hall and Newton Manor Hall was ideal place for us to stay and as a venue to gather after the ceremony for dinner. It was nice to have the space for everyone to sit round a table together. The garden is lovely and was a relaxing place to sit. The bedrooms are lovely, clean and spacious. Alan was a great host, friendly, helpful but gave us privacy and space. Would recommend to others.

Amazing ! My family stayed here for our wedding weekend and they had the best time. The hall was beautiful and had everything they needed. The garden was stunning and I cannot fault Alan as a host, he was attentive, welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed ! Would love to come back

From the moment we arrived, Newton Manor Hall felt like something out of a fairytale. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, full of charm, history, and peace. Nestled on the Jurassic Coast and just a short stroll from Swanage, it’s the perfect base for exploring this beautiful part of Dorset. The manor itself is full of character, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by stunning gardens. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was our host, Alan. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great local recommendations and ensuring everything was perfect from start to finish. His warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for somewhere unique, tranquil, and steeped in history, I can’t recommend Newton Manor Hall enough. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks Alan

If you're looking for a unique, exquisite and welcoming venue for an event or simply a stay, then stop your search. Newton Manor Hall is the most jaw-dropping location we've stayed in, in the UK. So much so we hired the venue for 2 nights to host our wedding reception in and spend our wedding night. Wonderful for dancing, speeches, great acoustics for live or stereo music, and a hugely welcoming and accommodating host, Alan. The pictures were magical, and guests were in awe. Book now, you will not be disappointed I promise. Thank you Alan!! Xx
