Thank you for your thoughtful hospitality. It was truly beautiful to see the sunrise through the window of my room at dawn. If I ever come back to St Ives, I’d definitely like to stay here again.

It truly felt as if I had stayed at a relative’s home in England — so comfortable and welcoming. Our gentleman host, Duncan, prepared a delicious breakfast with such care every morning. Our lady host, Maddie, engaged us in friendly conversation, which was such a delight. I especially enjoyed our chat about the exhibition of Lillian Lijn — it made the stay even more memorable. The room itself was simply charming, as if Jane Eyre might once have stayed there — a cosy, poetic space that inspired a sense of sensitivity and imagination. Thank you so much for giving us such beautiful memories! :) -South Korean couple(students) from London-

A really beautiful place to stay. After a very slight hiccup with our booking, Maddie quickly sorted our room, greeted us with a smile and a chat and took our breakfast order. I was very impressed when mentioning was vegan, I was happy to just have beans on toast each day, but Maddie said that would head out and get me some alpro yoghurt and each day we came down to a delicious vegan yoghurt, berries and granola and my partner had a high quality cooked breakfast from Duncan. Both hosts were a 10/10; Maddie was chatty had lots of stories to tell and Duncan was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We stayed in the leaper room. The photos on the website do no do it justice, it is a beautifully decorated room, with high quality furnishings. The whole BnB was immaculate, couldn't find a spec of dust anywhere. The only negative I could find was the bathroom in our room could use a little TLC, the toilet doesn't flinch well and the shower head sprays everywhere; it's a small room so the shower screen is a small one, meaning the floor gets soaked when you are showering. Other than that, everything was perfect!
