The Victorian Barn – Byre is a ground-floor conversion sleeping four across two en-suite bedrooms. Everything happens on one level: an open-plan living and dining area flows into a kitchen fitted with electric cooking, a dishwasher and full refrigeration. Both bedrooms have their own shower room and heated towel rail. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; heating and electricity are covered too. A patio with garden furniture sits outside for quieter moments.

The property is part of a rural estate near Woolland in Dorset, built originally in 1849 and converted to modern use in 2009. Guests share use of an indoor heated swimming pool, a games room with pool table and table tennis, a badminton court, fishing lakes and a children's play area. There is private parking for two cars on site, with additional spaces available, and an electric car charging point. The estate sits on working farmland; the lakes within the grounds are fenced but require supervision of children at all times. Smoking is not permitted.
