Rural Dorset surrounds Ashwood, a ground-floor barn conversion on a working farm estate. The property itself is self-contained, with its own entrance and all accommodation on one level. Two bedrooms with en-suite showers, plus a generous open-plan living and dining space with kitchen, mean there's room to spread out. The sofa bed in the living area sleeps extra guests if needed. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and there's a private hot tub on the patio outside.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a dishwasher, electric oven and induction hob. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The wider estate offers shared access to an indoor heated swimming pool, a games room (pool table, table tennis, table football), badminton court, children's play area and fishing lakes, all free to use. On-site parking covers two cars, with additional spaces available. The property does not permit smoking.
