Swanage is a working seaside town with independent shops, cafes, and pubs lining its streets. The Winch sits right in the middle of it all, in a grade II listed building with direct access to everything on foot. The coast is minutes away, and The Ship Inn is within a mile for an evening out without needing the car.
The flat is all on one floor: a combined living and dining space with Freeview TV and books, a kitchen with electric oven and gas hob for proper cooking, a bedroom with a double bed (4ft 6in), and a shower room with heated towel rail. Bed linen and towels are provided. The patio is shared with other properties on-site but comes with garden furniture. There is on-road parking and access to a public car park nearby. Gas central heating and electricity are included, so you won't be watching bills mount up.
Two people will find the space comfortable for a few nights. Swanage is the kind of place where you can walk to the Jurassic Coast's attractions, catch a bus to Corfe Castle or Poole, or simply spend the day on the beach. The property is non-smoking.
