Upstairs, three further bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements – a super king with sofa bed, a king with sofa bed, and a twin – along with a wet room that includes both shower and bath. The property sleeps 8 and has three bathrooms total.

The Coach House sits on a working farm in Sandwich Bay, surrounded by countryside. It comes with an enclosed garden, sitting-out area, garden furniture and gas barbecue. There is parking for four cars, a bike store, and an electric charging point. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and heating are included; initial logs for the wood burner are provided. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. One pet stays free.

The nearby Sandwich Bay Bird Observatory offers year-round birdwatching. The property can be booked together with Coachman's Cottage to accommodate larger groups. No smoking inside.
