The Studio

The Studio is a ground-floor conversion of a period listed building, redesigned to combine period character with modern comfort. Two bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with two singles—each have their own ensuite with walk-in shower and heated towel rail. The open-plan living space flows into a sun room, with a wood-burning stove, smart TVs throughout, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking: induction hob, combination oven and grill, dishwasher and coffee machine. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included.

Outside, a private garden offers a patio area, firepit, barbecue and seating. Two cars can park on site. The property is in Wingham village; a pub with live entertainment sits 300 yards away, and other village amenities include a bakery, restaurant and shop. Wingham Wildlife Park is a five-minute drive. No smoking indoors. Children under 6 are not accommodated due to the pond in the garden.
