Maureen welcomed us and showed us everything we needed ,the room was in fact a detached lodge which was a cracking surprise ,it has everything we needed for our stay and we had ,milk,orange juice,bread etc and treats for our dog who was allowed to access the large garden for a run ,just a short walk into moffat centre about 15 mins at my pace , definitely and hidden treasure ,we will be returning to stay again

Lovely place to stay for a couple plus dog. A nice private self-contained B&B cottage. Absolutely spotlessly clean. Maureen the host cooks you a lovely breakfast (even catering for us quirky vegans) and brings it over. Little kitchenette with microwave and supplies for tea and toast was a welcome touch too. Would highly recommend. We only stayed for one night as a stop over on a long journey but we'll definitely stay here again

Very beautiful location and garden where the owner allows you to walk the dog. Very private detached cottage with television, microwave, kettle, fridge and toaster. Maureen makes sure there's fresh bread, cereal, milk and juice butter and yogurt's, certainly worth a visit 😃
