Patio doors from the sitting room open directly onto the garden, which is fenced and suits dogs well—there is no extra charge to bring one. Parking for three cars is on site.

Three bedrooms sleep seven: a kingsize with ensuite, a double and single in another room, and two singles in the third. The family bathroom has a bath with shower.
