The Loft

The Loft spreads across two floors within a working dairy and beef farm near Annan. Downstairs is a single open-plan space where the kitchen, dining area and sitting room flow together—the kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, so you can cook properly rather than make do. There's a separate toilet on this level. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with two double beds (4ft 6in each), the other with a single double (also 4ft 6in), accessed from one side only. A shower room with cubicle shower and toilet completes the layout.

Two cars can park privately on-site. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included in the rental. A hot tub for four guests is available on request, charged separately to the owner. There's a tumble dryer in a shared outbuilding. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside. The property suits families or two couples wanting countryside quiet with basic home comforts; it's near enough to Annan for supplies, but set firmly in farmland.
