Iona Cottage

Iona Cottage is a renovated single-storey property between Dumfries and Annan, built with everything on one level. The bedroom holds a kingsize bed, and the bathroom includes both a bath with shower and a separate toilet. A wood-burning stove in the living room provides warmth, while the kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine—fuel for the burner and essentials like wi-fi and bed linen are included. There is private parking for two to three cars and a lawned garden with furniture outside.

The cottage sits in a national scenic area within easy reach of Dumfries, Annan, Caerlaverock Castle and the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust. Nearby attractions include Mabie Forest's mountain bike trails, the Caerlaverock Estate's footpath network, salmon fishing on the River Nith, and several golf courses across the region. The Solway Coast has views towards the Lake District. One dog stays free with you. No smoking indoors.
