First time we've been here. Visited last night with my wife and 3 other friends. There was a warm atmosphere in the pub with a nice mix of locals and visitors. Service was great. Food was brilliant and kitchen were very accommodating to one of our parties dairy free needs. Portions were generous and vegetables were perfectly cooked, not mushy having sat for hours. We all ate well for reasonable pub prices and will definitely be back again soon.

We had a Lovely birthday meal here. Very friendly staff and they made us feel more than welcome. Lovely decor, a real country pub. Different themed nights to cater for lots of different people. Will return again soon. Thank you.

Very reasonable. Fantastic breakfast. Such lovely people who shipped and carried us to a local hotel for a wedding reception and back again. Not luxurious but very comfortable with lovely countryside around but not far from a main road connection.Everything done to make the stay a happy one.

Food was superb, staff friendly and attentive and the ABBA disco was brilliant. A fantastic evening. There was a great buzz about the place and we were made very welcome. Will definitely be back.
