Lodge Four

Moffat sits in rolling Lowland countryside between Glasgow and Edinburgh, each within an hour's drive. The village itself has more character than its quiet appearance suggests—pubs, restaurants, and year-round events draw visitors, and the surrounding hills and glens are worth exploring on foot or by car. Lodge Four is one of four detached properties here, with direct access to the landscape without the formality of a larger resort.

The lodge is arranged on a single level, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has twin single beds and its own en-suite shower; the second is a double; the third holds two more single beds. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over it. The open-plan living space combines the sitting area, dining space and kitchen in one room—good for families or groups who want to be together, or useful when Scottish weather suggests staying in. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge-freezer for self-catering. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included, and there is parking for two cars on site. One dog is welcome. Smoking is not permitted.
