Sandhead is a small village on the Dumfries and Galloway coast, two minutes' walk from a long sandy beach. Mote View Holidays–4 Mote View is a bungalow built in 2021, set back from the seafront but close enough that reaching the shore takes hardly any time. The village has a pub, restaurant and shop within reach on foot.

Everything is on the ground floor: a living room with electric fire and smart TV, a kitchen with a full range of appliances and a dining table, three bedrooms (one with a king bed and ensuite shower, one double, one twin), and a family bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms have smart TVs. The kitchen opens onto an enclosed garden with sitting-out space, gas barbecue and furniture. There is parking for two cars. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included.

The property sleeps six and welcomes one pet. It is a non-smoking space. The layout and garden make it suitable for families with young children.
