Rocky Knowe

Rocky Knowe is a bungalow built entirely on one level, which means no stairs to navigate between bedrooms, bathroom and living spaces. Three bedrooms sleep up to six: one double with an ensuite bathroom, and two further bedrooms with single beds. A second shower room serves the rest of the property. The kitchen is fitted for proper cooking, with an oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, while a separate utility room has a washer-dryer. Electricity, bed linen and wifi are included; the house is heated by oil underfloor heating throughout.

The location is near Kippford and Dalbeattie in Dumfries and Galloway, with the Urr Estuary visible from the garden and patio. The garden itself overlooks Screel Hill. There is parking on site for up to four cars, and one well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking inside the property. A travel cot can be arranged if needed.
