Everything is on the ground floor: three bedrooms (one double, two singles), a wet room with shower and grab rails, and open-plan living and dining space with an open fire. The kitchen has a full range of appliances including a dishwasher. One dog stays free. An enclosed garden with patio furniture provides outdoor space, and there is parking for three cars. Essentials including heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered; initial fuel for the fire is provided. A ramp and mobility scooter are available on request. The property is non-smoking. Note that the estate grounds contain an unfenced pond, stream and river.
