Seascape Barn

Seascape Barn is a converted barn on elevated ground overlooking the Solway Firth. Built to luxury specification by the owners, it's a whole property to yourself with accommodation for up to 4 guests. The single step to the entrance opens into a spacious open plan layout across the first floor—a living area with woodburner, dining space, and kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, slow cooker and air fryer. Initial logs for the burner are supplied. Downstairs, the utility room houses a washing machine.

Two bedrooms sit upstairs: one with a kingsize bed, the other with zip-and-link configuration (can be split into two singles on request). The bathroom has a bath, shower cubicle and heated towel rail. Essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate can be arranged if needed.

Outside there's a lawned front garden with seating area and barbecue, plus private parking for two cars and a bike store. The setting suits couples and families alike. No smoking indoors.
