The Old Cheese Loft

Portpatrick's harbour and seafront sit just beyond the farm where The Old Cheese Loft stands. This converted barn gives you three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and space for five people in a rural setting close enough to the village's shops and restaurants to reach them on foot, yet far enough back to feel genuinely removed from things.

The ground floor holds a kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine, a dining area where you can gather, and a living room with a Freeview Smart TV. A shower room is also down here. Upstairs are the three bedrooms—two with kingsize beds, one with a three-quarter double—and a bathroom with a bath and shower. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all covered. There is parking for three cars on site.

The Dumfries and Galloway coast draws walkers and families who come for the beaches and the quieter pace. Stranraer lies a few miles inland for larger shops and services. No smoking throughout the property.
