The hotel spans two floors with 78 rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and free on-site parking is available at the front of the building alongside an electric vehicle charge point.

Rooms come with free WiFi and drinks available in-room, with accessible rooms on offer for those who need them. Some rooms have been reported as not always well kept, so it's worth bearing in mind alongside the otherwise generous amount of space. We had a fantastic stay at the Premier Inn, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly—especially for families with children. The location is absolutely perfect, with plenty of restaurants and entertainment options nearby, making it easy to keep everyone happy and occupied. It’s also very convenient for visiting Edinburgh—just a 40-minute bus ride into the city, which made exploring stress-free without having to worry about parking or traffic. The park and ride is only a 10-minute walk away, and there’s also a bus stop right outside the hotel. The hotel staff truly made our experience exceptional. They were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly polite throughout our stay. We felt genuinely well taken care of, and it was lovely to be greeted with warm smiles every time we interacted with them. Overall, a wonderful stay—we’ll definitely be coming back!

Just stayed 2 nights, rooms were fine but the restaurant was closed early the first night we got there and was told it would be back open till 10pm the next night only to walk up to the door and the whole thing shut at 9pm and lights off. Very disappointing, other than that the stay was fine.

Great location with plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. Leanne who works at the hotel was absolutely fantastic with our group booking. So difficult nowadays to get good customer service and she went out of her way to help me. Be back again next year; thanks to all the team there 👍

Room was fine, so were staff. Lots of useful things in the same area or a short drive to some shops if needed, can walk if you want too. Only thing is, it seemed random people used the car park for this place, so at early hours people were sitting around making noise.
