Won't be back. Got an angry bailiff tell me that after paying for my £22 2 fish bait permit that I shouldn't have killed a 5.5lb trout, as we were only supposed to take fish 4lb and under. Had no idea about that rule, plus the sign in the picture says no return when bait fishing. Don't need that when trying to enjoy fishing with family. Shame as we used to enjoy this place.

Just back from an over night here, we had the fishing bothy and brought two camper vans , Guys couldn't be anymore helpful !!! Fishing bothy is perfect 👌 so nice and cosy, kitchen area round the side was ideal.. On the fishing side there is defo some cracking fish in there we caught a few and realest them back .. Got to hire a rod for my 6 year olds first fishing in the kids pool and he loved it ! Got a couple of nibbles but sadly no catch but definitely got him hooked and Rab has the patience of a saint getting him untangled a couple of times, Will most definitely be back.. Thank you!!!

Great place to spend the day outdoors. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They work hard to make sure everyone has a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable day out.
