The property sits on a working farm in open countryside with views across to the Forth Bridge; Aberdour beach is three miles away, with its castle and small shops and cafés. Deep Sea World is five miles off, golf courses two miles, and the Fife Coastal Path is accessible for walks and cycling. Edinburgh is reachable by train from Aberdour village in 20 minutes. The cottage does not permit smoking, and children need supervision on the farm; the property has open stairs.
