Annexe 2

Annexe 2 is a recently refurbished single-bedroom property set within a small courtyard of holiday cottages in Brandon Village. The whole space sits on the ground floor, combining the living area, dining space and kitchen into one open-plan room, with a separate bedroom and shower room. Everything is designed for couples or solo travellers seeking a short break within easy reach of Durham.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. The bedroom contains a double bed, and the shower room has a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. On-site parking is available for two cars, and there is an electric car charging point. The courtyard is shared with other properties, furnished with garden seating. No smoking is permitted inside.

Brandon sits about ten minutes by car from Durham city centre, where the cathedral and castle draw visitors year-round, riverside walks follow the water, and restaurants and theatres fill the medieval streets. Walking and cycling routes begin from the village itself, making this a practical base for exploring County Durham.
