Annexe 3 is a single-storey cottage that opens straight into an open-plan living space where everything you need sits on one level. The living area has a Freeview Smart TV; beyond that, a dining space flows into a kitchen fitted with an electric oven, hob and microwave. One double bedroom and a shower room with walk-in shower complete the layout. The whole place was refurbished in 2023 and is yours alone—no shared accommodation or other guests in the property itself.

Two parking spaces come with the annexe, and you can use garden furniture in the shared courtyard. An electric car charging point is on site. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are included; the heating is gas central. A welcome pack awaits your arrival after 3pm. No smoking is permitted indoors.
