Annexe 4 is a ground-floor cottage designed for two people, whether a couple or a single guest wanting space to themselves. Everything sits on one level: an open-plan living and dining area with a smart TV and kitchen equipped for cooking, a bedroom with a double bed, and a shower room. Essentials including wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are covered. There is private parking for two cars on site and access to a shared courtyard with garden furniture.

The property is in Brandon Village, ten minutes' drive from Durham City. The cathedral and castle are among the historic attractions within the city centre, along with restaurants, bars and the Gala Theatre. Riverside walks and cycling routes start nearby. The annexe is one of five cottages on the site, refurbished to a high standard. No smoking is permitted.
