What visitors say
The gym is now excellent after the refurbishment. Lots of great equipment for all strength and conditioning workouts. Even when it's busy there is plenty of room and equipment for you to get a good workout in. The bonus of having the pool, sauna and steam room is great. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Really nice place. Good sized pool, clean changing rooms, very friendly staff. Also, you can pay £2 to just use the showers, which is handy when car camping or after a sandy day at the beach.

Swimming instructor lovely, however recently there have been dramatic temperature changes in the swimming pool for little ones, making it colder and it has impacted on their ability to enjoy or participate in lessons.

I only use the gym so I cannot speak on the other aspects, but I have been enjoying it. Good amount of equipment and friendly staff. I think it would be helpful to keep the sanitary wipe rolls fresh (sometimes dried out). Changing rooms are alright, lots of lockers. The daytime parking charge is a council cash cow during the week but free after 4pm and weekends.
