Woodlands is a two-bedroom cottage in a quiet residential corner of Sidmouth, within easy reach of the town's pebble beach and seafront. The property sleeps four across two double bedrooms, with a bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet on the ground floor. A single car can be parked on site.
The open-plan living and dining room is where the day happens—bright, with a smart TV for evenings in. The kitchen is fully fitted for proper cooking: electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine all there. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included; heating and electricity are covered too. The enclosed courtyard garden at the back has seating and furniture, a genuinely private spot to sit out. One dog can stay free of charge.
Sidmouth itself draws people for its Regency terraces, dramatic red cliffs and working seafront—independent shops, cafés and restaurants line the town centre. The Jurassic Coast is close by for coastal walks. Smoking is not permitted inside. The checkout time is 10:00 and check-in after 16:00.
