Kathali Cottage

Exmouth sits on the Devon coast where the Exe Estuary meets the sea, with two miles of golden sand and the South West Coast Path running through. Kathali Cottage is a two-bedroom base in the heart of town, sleeping four people. One pet stays free of charge, and you have the whole place to yourself.

The ground floor holds an open-plan living space where the kitchen, dining area and lounge flow together. You can cook properly here—there's an electric oven, induction hob, microwave and washing machine—and eat as a group around the dining table. Upstairs are two double bedrooms of 4ft 6in each. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. A back garden with furniture gives you outdoor space, and wi-fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. No smoking inside.

The pub is within a mile on foot. The beach is close enough for a morning walk with your dog, and the town has restaurants, cafés and local shops. If you want to venture further, the Jurassic Coast and the walking routes around it are on your doorstep.
