Millbank

Millbank opens directly into a kitchen and dining space where the ground floor spreads across multiple rooms. The living area has French doors to the garden, a sun room with its own patio access, a utility room with laundry facilities, and a separate toilet. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a bathroom; a third floor holds the remaining two rooms. One bedroom has its own ensuite and a balcony; the other three bedrooms have zip-and-link beds that can split into single mattresses on request.

The property sits near Sidmouth's promenade, within walking distance of the coast and the River Sid. An enclosed garden with mature planting, lawn and seating furniture occupies the rear; a bike store and allocated parking for one car are provided. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and heating come as standard. The house does not permit smoking.

This layout suits larger groups or families needing space to spread out. Eight people can sleep comfortably across the four bedrooms, each with either an ensuite or access to one of three bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen allows self-catering; a tumble dryer and washing machine mean laundry is manageable during a stay. The garden steps mean some areas are not easily accessible to those with mobility restrictions.
